The team at Ray White Byron Bay have known for a long time that our success to a large extent relies on support from the local community – this is true of most businesses in town.
Just one of the many ways that Ray White Byron Bay gives back to the community we live in is by sponsoring the Byron Bay public school Citizenship Program.
When I heard about this program I thought “how awesome”.
Each month the school chooses one or two winners that it feels best represent the values of a good school citizen like being kind, sharing and so on.
We provide 2 vouchers for the local bookshop Mary Ryan’s, and the winner is taken to the book shop to choose one book for themselves and one for the school library.
This month, there were two lucky winners for the Ray White Byron Bay Citizenship Award – Abby and Rocco (pictured here with Ray White principle David Gordon).
Both look pretty happy with their books (it would have been a hard choice as there are a lot of books to choose from).
