Olivia Richards

Olivia recently joined the Ray White Byron Bay team and couldn’t be more excited to be part of such a passionate and supportive group of people. She brings a strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and a real love for helping others – especially when it comes to finding the perfect property.

Olivia has always been fascinated by homes – not just the structure, but the story behind them. Whether it’s the history, the design, or the little architectural quirks, she finds it all really inspiring. Being able to work in a role where she can combine that passion with connecting with people is something she is genuinely excited about.

Originally from the country town of Orange, Olivia made the move to Byron and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle here – the beaches, the beautiful landscape, and the amazing sense of community. It feels like home.

Before real estate, she spent nine years working in hospitality, which taught her a lot about building strong relationships, staying organised, and always having a good laugh along the way. Olivia loves meeting people, hearing their stories, and creating real connections – something she can carry with her into every part of her job.

Outside of work, she is usually out exploring – hiking through the hinterland, catching up with friends, spending time with family, or attempting to surf.

Olivia has completed her Certificate IV in Real Estate and is currently working towards her licence. She is really committed to growing in this industry and building a career she is proud of.
