'Cape Breeze' is located at 17 Evans Street, off the street at the end of a quite cul-de-sac. Close to beaches and town but away from the crowds, you can walk into the park on the eastern side to get to Tallow Beach or stroll to Clarkes in the bay.

The design of the timber house was inspired by the old Queenslander style. Open living inside extends to the spacious veranda where the dawn birdsong will delight the early riser and the sunsets reflection on the headland and lighthouse ends the perfect day.

Open living areas, cathedral ceiling, large veranda's facing north & east with barbecue. Eat in or outdoors. Tranquil area, wake to the sounds of birds in the coastal park, relax to the sound of waves on Clarks and Tallow.
